  It's Verizon but the staff are mostly up beat and very helpful. If one doesn't understand something there is usually another staffer that is knowledgeable about it.

  Got great service from the representative Rachael. She made the black Friday visit quick and easy. After purchasing a phone for my wife a few weeks before purchasing one for myself, I was surprised to learn that she remembered us. She knew exactly what I wanted and didn't pressure me with all the extras. After the visit the management team sent a personalized message to ensure my visit went as planned.
