  Couldn't help me at all..told me to" go somewhere else they dont fix TV's in my Nc area", when asked "are you saying go to a different state or throw my TV's away", she replied" I can't say that but u have to find another local provider not in Nc"...what are they advertising they fix TV's for if they dont?? She then said thanks for calling sears and the call was ended but she didn't hang up..what is thes world coming to with these customer service reps not knowing a thing about their services..
