  I do not even know where to begin. My fur baby has been coming here for about a year or so, to be groomed. He is an only child. He goes to the Vet on a regular basis. His medical needs are never neglected. He developed ear mites twice from this place. The first time, I gave them the benefit of a doubt.... But now I am 100% positive he has gotten these bugs in his ears again from the grooming dept. Also, this past time he went there, he came home scared to death. Like he was very jumpy, every time I made an abrupt movement, he would crouch down as if i was going to hit him. Then when i gave him his first bath, since his cut...he has bruises on his little body (very noticeable through his white wet hair) and besides that he was cut to the skin. his entire face was flaming red from being shaved so closely, her name is Kelsey and will never touch my baby again. RUN RUN RUN far away from the grooming dept.
